Purchasing Policy

Shipping

Orders (tumblers, tote bags, hoodies) are typically shipped within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends).
Shipping takes 7-14 business days. Carrier delays may affect delivery times.
A tracking number will be provided upon shipment.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns/exchanges on most items within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition.
Final Sale items are non-returnable.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned items.

Cancellations

Cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of placing an order. Once an item has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Subscription and Monetary Pledge Policy

All donations made via our website are final and non-refundable.
